pistachio shortbread cookie mix

Suggestion 1:
Once baked and completely cooled, melt 1/2 cup of your favorite sugar-free chocolate. Then gently dip/cover each pistachio cookie half way and lay flat on parchment paper/baking mat to harden.
Suggestion 2:
Replace the vanilla extract with 1 tsp of rose water.
Suggestion 3:
You don’t have to bake the entire log all at once. You can slice and bake as many cookies as you want at a time — the rest of the dough can remain in the freezer for 2-4 weeks for when you are ready!

Peanut Butter Cookie Mix

Suggestion 1:
Add 1/2 cup of your favorite sugar-free chocolate chips to the Cookie Mix to make Peanut Butter Chocolate-Chip cookies.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

Suggestion 1:
Replace butter with 7 TBSP melted coconut oil and bake for 15-17 minutes. If you enjoy a crispy, coco-nutty cookie — this is for you!
Suggestion 2:
Add 1/2 cup of coconut flakes to the Cookie Mix to make Coconut Chocolate Chip cookies.
Suggestion 3:
Add 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts to the Cookie Mix to make Walnut Chocolate Chip cookies.
Suggestion 4:
Prepare dough as directed and place in a well buttered (to prevent sticking) 9x9 baking tray to make chocolate chip cookie skillet. This will require longer baking time — at least 25 minutes. When ready to eat, top with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.

[NO] Sugar Cookie Mix

Suggestion 1:
Prepare raw cookie dough as directed. Once dough is cooled, form mini balls. Use your thumbprint to make an indentation in the center and add your favorite sugar-free jam. Bake for an extra 3-5 minutes than instructed on pack.
Suggestion 2:
Empty one bag of your favorite tea flavor — mix loose leaves into raw batter and cook as instructed on pack.

Classic yellow cake Mix

Suggestion 1:
Plain Glaze — 1/3 to 1/2 cup powdered sweetener of your choice. We prefer the erythritol + monkfruit combo. Mix 2 tablespoon heavy cream + 4 tablespoon water to thin out the glaze. If you prefer a thicker or thinner glaze, adjust liquid accordingly.
Suggestion 2:
Cinnamon Glaze — Mix 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the plain glaze
Suggestion 3:
Rose Water Glaze
— Mix 1/2-1 teaspoon of Rose Water to the plain glaze. Finish with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios. For extra special occasions sprinkle edible rose petals!
Suggestion 4:
Lemon Glaze
— Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to the plain glaze
Suggestion 5:
Add a dash of cardamom to either the cinnamon or rose water glaze for extra flavor.
